Watery green poo - Turkey

I finished treating my turkeys and chickens safeguard and I realize 2 days after treatment one Turkey seems to be pooping watery green poo and seems and ruffles. I live Georgia, and been giving them water mixed with baking soda since it’s so humid and hot here. They have many places to cool off and drink water but rn. He’s seems a bit off. I see his sleeping a lot than normal. This is poop rn at the moment. He eats but not as his other turkeys. His carunicles seems smaller than usually. Could he be dehydrated from the medicine?

Yes they’re free range all day. Okay, I tend fill their water twice and put ice in it
