watery poo

I am wondering about my birds. They seem completly normal, but the past few days they have had really runny poo. Some its completly clear. They just started laying this week, I dont know if that has anything to do with it. And every time I go to the coop ( I have been checking on them 2 or 3 times a day) their waterer is almost empty. I dont know if they were getting dehydrated or if it has someting to do with them being new layers. I am feeding them layer crumbles, oyster shell and water. I have also examined their dropping

and I am not finding worms. Im stumped.
