Watery poop, lethargic, staying off by self

Here are a couple of links to get you started on the soft shell eggs if you need more just put soft or no shell eggs in the search box there are tons of posts on it. My first chickens got worms and I didnt have a clue. My mother was babysitting them(she was set up for chickens and I wasnt at the time, they were a gift from my hubby). She wormed them once not sure with what and had them on antibiotics for 2 wks and still had some dying. I gave them a good dose of DE(not a cure for worms) and one passed a clump of worms so I knew that was it was. I gave them Safeguard and they are growing and doing just fine now.

If you go to TSC in the chicken section all they have is Wazine. The Safeguard for goats and Ivermectin(locked in a cabinet) are in the cattle section. Safeguard for horses and Panacur are in the horse section on an open shelf. It took me forever to find them and didnt get much help from some of them that work there.

What happened with your hen? Mine is doing the exact same thing.
