Today in the run I noticed two sets of what looked like yellowish watery droppings. They had clearly been there for a minute because they weren’t fresh. None of my chickens are acting off, should I be concerned right now or just keep an eye out?

Can be from eating lots of water based foods or maybe from stress.
Mine do it often. Shouldn't be anything to worry about unless it carries on.

Take pics.

How old are birds?
What all and how exactly are you feeding?

I see that from time to time, depending on what their snack was the day before. Never giving them a half cucumber again, that's for sure.
