Hey guys my chicken, Cordi, has had some pretty watery droppings lately. Some are milky, watery urates with little droppings, some are just watery and the others are fine. I looked up the milky poop online and found some pretty scary stuff, but she's drinking a lot (because its hot out) and eating fine... She has chicks to take care of so she runs around the yard like nothing. This happened yesterday and today, so should I be worried?

Drinking a lot of water will cause this.

Sometimes the extra water they are drinking due to this heat can cause them to have more watery droppings. you can try giving a probotic to help. The probotic introduces beneficial bacteria into the system and helps balance the gut. Probios is a good probotic to use. I'd give the probotic and see if it helps. Like I mentioned it could just be the extra water consumption from the heat we have been having but keep a eye on her and you can try the probotics and see if they help. Best wishes.

Thanks. Toady I woke up and found yet another milky, watery stuff with little clumps of droppings. Do you know which brands of antibiotic I should use, or where to get it?
