Watery, rust colored, stinky poop?

Two of my Silkies have some funky smelling poo, it's almost a rust color and runny. Any idea what it might be? I have started Sulmet three days ago, but no improvement. Any ideas, please?

Do they poo like that all the time? or just sometimes? A cecal poo can look like that, and it is completely normal, but only happens once in a while.

I would stop the Sulmet, since you should only do it for 3 days only, and it can cause their droppings to be abnormal anyway. How do they seem otherwise? What is their diet?

I've recently changed their feed brand. I'm going to go back to the original, though, because they are boycotting the feed. Last night I put some corn in there as a treat and they ate every stinking bite but left the feeder still full of the feed I had put in there the night before. I apparently have spoiled Silkies.
