Watery stool

How do I know when a bird is sick by its stool? How much liquid in stool is okay? I have a bird that seems fine and has on occasion had watery mixed with solid stool for days now that I've noticed. But it's not all the time. I'd imagine when they drink, they pass some water too. So is that what I'm seeing?
