Wattle development at 15 weeks?

One of my chickens (15 weeks) is starting to get a darker comb and wattles coming in. Is this early for a hen or does this mean it's a cockrel? Also should I start offering oyster shells soon? Also my chickens are Buff Orpingtons.

We need pictures for a gender ID.

You don't need to offer oyster shell until they are actively laying.

That's good.... but my other 15 week hens dont have wattles that big

Some just get some honking wattles. Hers are actually fairly normal looking for her age. I've seen much larger on pullets.
