This is my lovely lady called Buttons- She holds a special place in my heart because she took on the roll of the dominant position like a champ after their old leader died she went from the bullied to the boss- she is a roll model to every other chicken I have and I feel she deserves this sleep ❤️

  4. The photo needs to have been taken by you.
  5. You cannot use a photo that won an award in another BYC-sponsored contest.
  6. High-quality images are recommended. Basic editing, such as cropping and other subtle changes, are allowed.
  7. ALL photos MUST be uploaded to BYC and not hosted on other image sites, personal websites, etc.
  8. Prizes are limited to one per person per contest.
  9. All BYC rules apply: Terms of Service (Rules)
  10. Entries will be accepted until February 17th, 2025, at 11:59 PM Pacific Time.
Note: We will use a random number generator to select our winners for this Contest.

This is my girl Whispa, she passed on Valentine’s Day. She was a real sweetheart but after her rooster died she was never the same and 2months later she passed peacefully in her sleep to go and join her husband on Valentine’s Day ❤️

Here is the beautiful Bornville she is the most chaotic good you could ask for. She thinks she’s the queen of you so much as cough she will turn her back and wander off for the day- she wants nothing to do with the other hens and I just think she looks gorgeous and of all my entry’s she is most definitely the most deserving to get on there.

This is “Bellie”, the white one. My little Bellie girl. She is an Ideal 236. Of all my hens, she is the sweetest one. Every time I am in the coop to clean she hops up on the roosting bar where I am so she can get picked up for lovin’s. She lets me hold her and give her kisses all the time and closes her little eyes when I love on her. All my other hens come to me but don’t want loved on. She’s the only one. It makes being a chicken tender worth it!! 🥰🐔
