Wattle infection?

Hi everyone. My rooster Yin seems to have whitish cysts on the backside of one of is wattles, is this an infection? How do I treat it? I have some pictures and I'll post them as soon as I can. Thank you!

I did some research and maybe it's dry fowl pox. What can I do?

I don't think this is fowl pox...I could be wrong but I'm thinking infection.
