I know what you mean. I had a couple ladies here so depressed moulting I ended up giving them some Tylenol (like a baby teething) to help them feel more comfortable.Is dreadful, I feel so bad for them!

Works like a charm, helps them feel better so they continue to eat well. I have had a few hens that didn’t handle moulting well in the past, this way I can make sure that they are not struggling.Aw that’s such a sweet idea

Takes a lot of energy to grow new feathers! And stay warm when they moult in chilly weather.
