Wattle Wednesday

Pics
He’s cute, have no idea what the colour is. I was at the feed store and these two OEGB bantams were that last two in the bins, Mr LC was just screaming his head off - poor baby chickie - I told the store associate make me an offer and I’ll take them off your hands. So I went home with 2 just hatched wee fluff balls. So tiny!

And then Mr LC started popping wattles and that great comb! Just what I don’t need, another Roo! But he’s cute so we’ll see how it goes with him.
Oh that’s so sweet. I don’t think i would’ve been able to say no either, so i don’t blame you. Maybe @Yard Farmer would have an idea of the color, he has OEGB bantams too and is good at that stuff.

Do you have pictures of the other one too?

Do you plan on breeding then together?
I've always wondered what this cross would look like, they're both "duckwing" if I'm not mistaken, so they would have basically the same feather pattern, (Having the salmon/barred breast, the edging on the secondary feathers, etc.) you'd just be combining the 2 colors.

Well probably not, the problem is getting cockerels, I have no way of rehoming them. No one wants Roos here; and they are no good for meat.

If I could get homes for the Roos or just get pullets (hahaha), I would but we know what happens - get all Roos! My luck….
