Hens go broody when you don’t want them to… and won’t go broody when you do. Ericksen-Hrehor5

I have 6 5.5 month old hens. 3 are Isa Browns and 3 are Brahmas. One of the Brahmas is larger than the rest, but doesn't seem to be developing her red crown or wattles like the others. Wondering why???
