Nope! I get them from the coop everyday, got seven yesterday13!? Did you miss them from devious days?
Nah they stay in the coop all winter so it’s all in the nesting boxes, I love Easter eggers too, got six of the EEs blues and seven brownsMaybe they later some a couple days ago, then buried them. That happens to me sometimes. Easter eggers are awesome!!
They used to do that when they were free ranging but they hate the snow so they refuse to leave the coopMy EE’s do that too I find some the next day and it’s crazy
EEs are so amazingI love my EEs. They’re mixed that we’re on sale in tractor supply and they have hair……. They’re Easter eggers of some sort tho
Awwwv that’s aloottt of eggs though! They used to do that when they were free ranging but they hate the snow so they refuse to leave the coop
We don’t lock them up, they just don’t leave the coop when there’s snow, like at all, I’ve tried but they go right backIf they have access to the nest box at "night" they laid after you locked them up. I've found eggs as late as 10pm before.
I guess so! We do have eight people living in this house along with a dog who eats egg shellsLooks like lots of quiche & omelets this week!
I did not know you could do that, I guess I get how you can when they can’t recognize them, that’s very useful to know thank youCrush the shells and give them back to the birds.
