In the Brooder
What's the difference between the two? I own chickens that average 5 pounds as adults and about 1 1/2 - 2 pounds at 2-3 months of age. What do you recommend? Thanks

Wazine 17 is half as strong as Wazine 34. Dosage of W17 is 1 ounce per gallon of water, while W34 is 1 ounce per 2 gallons of water. Either one is given to chickens for 24 hours to get roundworms.
For the math and geeky types, Wazine 17 is 170 mg piperazine per one ml (170 mg/ml), and Wazine 34 is 340 mg piperazine per one ml (340 mg/ml). I think most people with small flocks buy the 16 ounce bottle of Wazine 17, but for those with huge flocks, it's probably more cost effective to buy a gallon of the Wazine 34.
Hope I didn't confuse anyone. If so, just follow Eggcessive's directions.
