Wazine use after Eprinex?

I have a hen that isn't doing well. I am trying to rule some things out. I have been soaking her for a messy bottom and began ACV in her water. She isn't eating well now and has lost a lot of weight. She is a leghorn but her comb appears darker and slightly more floppy. She walks like she is slightly in pain. I have her isolated in a crate to prevent too much moving. She's not happy about that, though!

I noticed she appears to have lice so I treated her with eprinex but she is also due for wormer. Can I try Wazine as well? I don't know what is wrong with her and want to try everything I can. Need suggestions!
