Wazine with Ivermectin chaser?

Safeguard liquid goat wormer dosage is 0.25ml per pound given orally for 5 days straight.
Dosage for a 5 pound hen is 1.25ml given orally for 5 days.
So... since they've already just had the Wazine, seems like I should wait the 30 days & redose with it, or maybe even with Safeguard (especially since the Wazine is expired!). But if it looks like the Wazine hadn't been effective this first time, just go ahead and start over again with Safeguard. Thereafter, rotate Safeguard with Valbazen whenever I worm/deworm...

Since you only worm your birds twice a year, I wouldnt even worry about rotating wormers.
I rotate wormers every few months, that's because I worm my birds monthly.
Since we're not sure about the Wazine's effectiveness, go ahead and give your birds the Safeguard in 2 weeks for 5 days straight and then you'll be completely done with worming.
Worming for 5 days straight will take care of all types of worms (except tapeworms) especially capillary worms if your birds have them. Then your birds will be good to go. :thumbsup

Awesome. Thank you!

Yes. Hopefully the bread wont fall apart on you or other birds steal it from each other.
Haha, true! I'm able to separate my small flock for dosing, which helps. Nevertheless, my rooster clucks forever about it to try to call the hens, only finally showing interest once the bread has dissolved; and I have a hen who views bread with suspicion. At least the bread gives me options for the others.
