We are trying to figure out what they are.

The ones you speak of are factory reared none of them are true adults. A rooster takes 5 months to develop its true color patterns and 1 year to finish the process. This is why black brahmas are very expensive because 9 male chicks out of 10 won’t be pure black after they reach 1 year of age and will develop golden/white color patterns on back and neck. Despite how pure the flock may be.

I have males that are their adult patterns before 5 months. And besides, these aren't even the right shape for Cx.

Where's your evidence of this? 🤔

What are you talking about? While Black Brahmas due have a tendency to show some white (I own them), I don't see the correlation between them and Cornish Crosses. Are you from the US? :) I have a feeling we're talking about different "Cornish Crosses" because the ones in the US are drastically different then any other mix.

I just looked up Adult Cornish X, & all the roosters I see are blank white, no pattern in the wings.

Same feeling here.

beating a dead horse wtf GIF

They appear to all be Amberlinks, a hatchery-created, sex-linked cross.

I raise pure bred black brahmas and many other exotic breeds including new ones of my own.
You're the user that's against any inbreeding/line breeding and you're also making that horned chicken, right? Just trying to remember where I saw your posts.

Where are you from? I know that some countries have a CornishX that looks different than the American version. I'm thinking that's where the misunderstanding is
