Do you mean Marans? (I'm not familiar with a Maron chicken).

He is not a Cuckoo Marans as he has the wrong leg color, and a wrong pattern.

He isn't a Jersey Giant...wrong leg color again.

He looks like a Black Sexlink rooster to me or simply a mixed breed bird.
