Okay my husband and I need help. Our girl has had sour crop. We had her on the yogurt, boiled egg and grated carrots for a couple days we started her back on alittle chicken feed. Her poo has been like sometimes even runner. Whats wrong? Picture to show what it look like a couple minutes ago.

Yogurt is beneficial to plant helpful microbes in the intestines, but it can not be relied upon to cure a crop yeast infection. Go to the store and where the women's hygiene products are shelved, get the seven day miconazole vaginal cream. give her half an inch to an inch of cream in her beak two times a day for a full seven days. Some hens will eat the cream off your finger. Or you can pry open the beak and squirt it in.

We have been doing that as well. What should we give her food wise? Is it safe to give her chicken feed?
