Thank you guys for all of your help!
I moved the lamp further into the corner to bring the temp down on the side further from the lamp.
I also added another bowl of water in there so they have the choice between clear water and the water with nutri drench.
The little boy's leg seems a little stronger this morning, I'm just going to hope he keeps improving.
