We got 2 bottle babies!! Question on feeding

Too cute!! I decided that I would just feed them until they didn't want anymore! It worked good last night because they were both full and then they went to sleep! They are so cute!

He is a nubian, and I am sure a cross, he came from a dairy farm.. where they had nubians and saar... I can't remember how to spell it right now.. but I think he is a cross because his ear is up.. are nubians born with up ears? one ear is down due to his dairy reg tag.

We have 3 pygmies. One came to us as a rescue when she was 6 mos old(?). We had her a couple weeks when I got home from work and was informed that I was a G'ma! I noticed that the baby nursed for short periods of time, but often. I imagine the udder can only produce so much at a time, and that probably dictates the feeding schedule and amount in a "natural" setting. I would do some research on that and try to imitate that as closely as possible. However, these little critters are programmed to survive, despite our human schedules. Good luck and have fun!

It won't hurt him to eat that often, but at his age I would normally feed 4-5 times (depending on the kid) and not near so often. However, I'd much rather feed to often then not often enough!
