thanks this is day 20 for us, and I told DH already that I think this one is a roo. But DS has already named it Pipper, LOL

We DO need another roo around her, but I didnt think we would be getting one this fast.

Now if that one that has been pipping for over 3 hours would just come on out I MIGHT be able to sleep tonight

This is day 20 for me too, and I have 2 chicks out!! One pipped this morning and took 16 hours to come out. The second pipped at 9pm and only took 1 1/2 hours to come out. If I can get photobucket to work I will post pics.

cute, babies! we had the 2nd one that pipped finally broke out befor bed last night and this morning they are both in the brooder. No more pips yet

WE have 8 chicks total...

The last one hatched while DS and I where gone

It's in the brooder now, but I think it has spraddle leg. It isnt standing and I have put the band aid splint on it....hope it works out.

This is day 24 and I tapped on one of the eggs in the bator still and it tapped back.....I guess I better candle them all and see whats going on.

I can't stand it these little guys are SOOOO precious! Congrats on the hatch and give their Auntie Vandrie from Virginia a big kiss ontop their fuzzy little heads!
