We have a 11 week old black Australorp Pullet from ideal could she be a cockerell?

Her name is Emily she's very friendly but also very aggressive towards the other chickens and fights with the other cockerels I'll download more better

I would say she is a Hen... From the comb and waddles along with the tail feathers, she looks like a hen to me... I have several hens who are also aggressive towards roosters..
 
That's awesome we're so excited if she's a hen we've been worried about it because of her aggressive behavior she even chases the cats and the baby chicks away and she fights with the roosters and is actually more dominant towards the roosters

No, but it's too early for saddle and other male type feathers. That usually develops later. It's a lot of comb and wattles for that age, but it probably means it is a fast developing pullet. The legs are not at all thick, which points to it being a pullet the comb/wattles aren't bright red, so that is another good sign. Still, I would keep my eye on it if I were you.
