We have one hen who craps all over the eggs! Help.

I need some suggestions or advice. We have four hens. And one nesting box.They have an indoor perch that three hens enjoy at night. There is plenty of room on the perch for all of the hens. But we have one hen who likes to stay in the nesting box most of the time. And she craps on the eggs. I guess it is fine for the eggs but the shells never come really clean. And just seems kind of gross.
Anyone have any ideas on how to get her to snuggle up to her buddies at night. Instead of hunkering down in the nesting box.

I would try covering the entrance to the box at night a few times to try to discourage her from going there. be sure to open it in the am though.
