We have some 6 week old chicks

We need to move them with our 1y/o chickens in the coop but right now they live in our garage in a cage but we put them out in a fenced in area with the older chickens, I just don't want the little ones to get bullied, and our coop might now be big enough to fit them all

Put them in a smaller cage in the coop and see how the “elders” react.

Or a cage right next to the other coop so they can see and not touch...

In addition to above, might want to look into how you can expand your coop if it is small, because integration favors having more space than the minimum.
