    Indeed. Eggs are nutritional powerhouses and amongst the very best foods you can eat (especially when laid by healthy, happy chickens, as you've noted). The cholesterol scare nonsense that turned people off of eggs (and butter!) has been roundly debunked.

    Eat your eggs folks! And feed them (lots of them) to your children; along with butter and whole milk (raw if able) among other good foods that were demonized wrongly.

    I usually pretty much ignore any new studies stating good ol' farm food is bad for you. This is an interesting study and I hope it's true. [​IMG]
