The ordinance/******** never chanced their minds. We lost penguin, dogfood, padme and petrie. We moved.

I'm so sorry! You tried to do the right thing and get a permit. And now you lost your chickens! OMG! Maybe it would have been best to try to hide them. I don't know.... This is very disturbing! Here you did the right thing and they deny you! This is very sad and I'm so sorry this happened! In your new area can you get them back? I hope so. God bless.

This was quite an old thread. All this happened in 2008. We managed to move to oklahoma in 2010. Last I knew penguin was still alive and well. We can't get her back but we now have a thriving little farm and we can have as many birds as we want
