My cousin bought chicks this spring... it was an assorted variety.

He wasn't sure what kind he had. We went there today and he has GSLs, Seabrights (?) or a cross of, and some Mille Fleurs. I thought that they were EE's, but I stand corrected! they are 16 weeks old. He had some more, but I am not sure what they were...

Celeste, my daughter, LOVED THEM ALL... especially the one little white Rooster with an orange head.

Shout out if you recognize any other breeds in this flock.
I'd love to be able to tell him what chickens he has.

I thought that was the EE. I will have to research them. I know that some of those fuzzy faced chickens look similar! thanks.

that one was MY favorite!

Auracana/EE's are also clean legged. And I am pretty sure that mille fleurs have 5 toes, where as EE's only have 4.

for some reason I thought EEs had feathered feet.
I need to pay better attention next time I see one at the fair.

Thanks! I love learning about these chickens. I wish I could own 3 or 4 of each breed!

Actually you won't see an EE at a show or fair, as they are not a pure bred breed, they have no standard. You may see a true Auracana, which will have ear-tufts, muffs, and will be rumpless.
