You mean he's at it again, I hope you kept all the paper work from before and the records, find a good lawyer, he's going to keep hounding you till you fight back big time, and hit him where it hurts the wallet. How could you go after a that dog.

Sorry to hear it's come to this. I don't recall if there was a police report or photos involved. .. I hope so. And if he's going after your insurance company will they cover this? If they will, that means they will fight it, which is good cause they probably have a whole team of lawyers. Call them and see if this is covered and they might have some advise for you too.
