We originally thought this was a hen but now we are not so sure

This bird grew a fairly large comb at 8 weeks or so. It remained pale until this week (now 15 weeks old). The black rooster in the photo is the same age but had a deep red comb for a while now.

Roo, 10000%. If you bought him after 3 weeks old, you likely got duped.
