We Quit Cigarettes

Is it against your religion to cut your hair?
No, I trim it back once in awhile. I can't quite stomach the idea of just cutting if off though. Part of the reason It's so long (I think) is because prenatal vitamins? I've been either pregnant or nursing (or both) continually since 2016 and I hear that makes your hair grow a lot. I'm trying to see how long I can get it to grow, I guess

Are you trying to be Crystal Gayle? Way back when, her hair was practically touching the ground.

I'm gonna say no.... seeing as I have no idea who she is.
She is a famous Country music singer and song writer who just happens to be Loretta Lynn's younger sister.

This was back in March, kinda hard to get a selfie of hair length. Pretty much the only time it's loose is when I get out of shower, so it's wet in picture.
Awesomeness. And all that natural wavey curly stuff too. Cool.

Is this guy in his birthday suit?
:pop
He's in a Speedo!
Yep, I see 'panty lines'. But still.

My hair grew gobs when I was pregnant, thicker and down to my waist.
Broke right back off to mid-back length afterwards.

I discovered recently (a couple years back) that the hairdressers are actually telling the truth when they say you need to get your hair cut regularly if you want it to grow. I gave up on mine and had it cut fairly short. Next time just trimmed. As I cut it regularly it kept getting longer and longer. It's been a couple years now, and it's getting all ragged again--I keep putting it off, but I am amazed at how long it has gotten.
