I agree 1000%!
I'll stick to real milk.
It could be on account of my growing up on a dairy farm.

As do I enjoy them.... Always have. The term “milk” should only be used when liquid comes from a mammal.
Its a truth in advertising thing. Also it degrades the meaning of “milk”.
but I do admit to liking malted milk balls. Which does not degrade malt, milk or balls..

Nah, just like if it didn't come from a pig it's not bacon...It could be on account of my growing up on a dairy farm.
Coffee is good for you in moderation. For most of my life I didn't drink it and felt pretty dam self-righteous about it, but it turns out it's a vitamin (to me at least). It has definitely helped my fight against depression (though menopause probably helped, too)Thank you @Sapphire Sebright !!
Amazingly, I've been clinging to the edge of the wagon for well over a week now, no slip ups. The urge to smoke just isn't that strong anymore and when it is, the craving goes away really fast. My sense of smell is finally getting a lot better, so glad about that!! Was worried I had lost my smell permanently.
My new project, is to kick my (huge) morning coffee habit. Yesterday was a complete failure, today I seem to be surviving on green tea. I hate green tea. It doesn't have enough kick to it to get me through the day.
I remember trying to quit drinking coffee before and I was dragging ass all day, miserable, totally unhappy with tea. I stuck with it for a few weeks and decided it wasn't worth it.
Make your own almond milk--it's easy to do. Maybe it's additives in the store-bought? I think home-made tastes better, but for me, there's nothing that lives up to real dairy products. I have loved them all my life. For peeps who react badly though, it's nice to have an alternative.Oh yeah...well... I do that too.
I'm a coffee mate junkie.
I like the taste of almond milk in my coffee but every time I drink it my stomach hurts
I can eat almonds no problem. So I don't know whats up with that.

It has definitely helped my fight against depression (though menopause probably helped, too)It often helps headaches. It alleviates asthma symptoms. A lot of these things have been studied, but I'm just relaying my own experiences.
I don't even like the taste, but I'm not willing to make it into a desert, so I usually drink it black, maybe with some cocoa or pumpkin pie spice sprinkled on. As I've gotten older, I find it does keep me awake if I drink it after noon, so I just have my (giantish) "cup" in the morning and I'm good for the day.
Unless you have cardiac symptoms or some other unwanted side-effects, I see no benefits to giving up coffee. You WILL likely have headaches if you quit (this is a withdrawal symptom as you probably know) and for most, only lasts a few days.
Oh yeah...well... I do that too.
