I went to the Vape cuz of my man...he is still where he was when he started but I WILL QUIT. Eventually. It's only been like a year or less. If my lungs hold out that long I'll be good. 4mg of nic left....I'm going down again tomorrow.

Are you my age? Are you over weight?
Do you take regular medication for any health issues?

May I ask for a little more precise, localization? Say for example, how long a drive to Ottawa? Or Perhaps Halifax, Nova Scotia? I have a longtime friend who works at the RCMP & I visited Halifax back in '91/'92 while in the Navy.

Of course we all are very willing cheerleaders for anyone who shows up and is comfy with it..... We still cheer for those who are radio silent too.

I can not believe I haven't cheated even once.
The first few months I was sure I was going to cheat.
Now I'm sure I will never cheat.

I sometimes take a big sniff/deep breathe while walking passed a smoker.
I've gotten really lucky with this Corona crap in that I have not actually hung out with anyone that smokes.


I thought, for a minute, that I picked the wrong time to quit...once the covid nightmare happened but I see now that I picked the perfect time.

I will let you know how I make out on 3mg of nicotine, then we'll talk. Cheer for me, I dropped down from 18....and cheer cuz I no longer smoke a pack a day, and my lungs work much better now.

I've been doing good!! No tumbles off the wagon at all. My sense of smell keeps getting better, haven't smoked in months, temptation just is not there.

Congrats on 6 months Kiki! That is huge!!!!!
