And yessss!!! Sleep is so important! For lots of things! My sleep cycle is all whacked up haha

Yeah, I gave him hell about it this morning... I told him I nearly smothered him in his sleep last night...

and he said “you can kill me right now, if it means I don’t have to listen to you complain about it any more...”

It was nearly impossible to sleep when close enough to hear my father snore. The snores were very loud but the worst part was the dead silence when they were briefly interrupted. It was concerning enough that you would listen carefully while waiting for the snoring to resume so that you knew he was still breathing.

I can relate. This is how the Princess sometimes snores. I generally get up and move to the spare bedroom and return in the early AM to see that she is still alive.

I told zarky last night to suck it up buttercup. I have listened to my mans snoring every night for the past 10 years now.
He has the stop breathing type of snoring as well.

Continuous Positive Air Pressure (CPAP) is a common treatment for sleep apnea (the "stop breathing thing") DH uses one—at first he hated it, but now he loves it.

Oh whoops! thank you!! I couldn’t remember the name of it and I was like “CPAP doesn’t sound right... I feel like that’s the machine...” but couldn’t think of it maybe Shaw’s hubby and these other snorers need one
