I made it 10 months.
Doesn't seem that long at all.

I quit on Feb 18th.
Today is Dec. 18th.

Don't forget you quit just before the stuff hit the fan! That means 9 of the 10 months were during heightened stress.


For me....I will have to do it on my own. I have never been good at doing self improvement if I feel like anyone is watching.
