We Quit Cigarettes

How are you doing Kiki?
I really hope you will hold on to quitting. :fl
(havent read the whole thread)

I know its difficult to stop (been there , done that - many years ago) . And its a struggle in the start. Others things you like, like a hobby, more chickens, eating healthy food and more sports can help you.
I'm ok although I don't feel too good right now.
I try to be aware and pay attention but I keep catching myself in la la Land.
I accidentally took my evening pill an hour ago without food and it's screwing with me.
I think I might actually puke.
 
Congratulations, @Kiki! The third day is a really big deal! My church holds five-day stop smoking clinics, and they say the third day is a very special day because the cravings usually peak and then decline after the third day. You've made it this far, that's a major accomplishment! They also encourage people to drink lots of water and fruit juices, get plenty of rest, and eat lots of fruit. That all helps your body to purge the toxins. Hang in there, you're doing great. Oh... and have a good support system. You know.....a few good friends to encourage you! 🤣🤣🤣 👏👏👏
