We Quit Cigarettes

I know its difficult to stop (been there , done that - many years ago) . And its a struggle in the start. Others things you like, like a hobby, more chickens, eating healthy food and more sports can help you.

Since we are still talking about food @post #1203. Nothing beats seafood. Last week I made nice pan seared sea scallops over a bed of Parmesan risotto with a couple cuts of asparagus. Darn that was great. Making my mouth water just thinking of it. 🤪

And I don’t even normally like seafood!!!
 
I try to sometimes but either get bored or frustrated or both or just plain forget. I’m a really slow reader and also often reread sentences or words multiple times (not on purpose) plus read every single word (including table of contents or title or whatever) so it takes me FOREVER and I get nowhere so I gave up.
But I also type and read slow and talk too much :lau
