We Quit Cigarettes

16°F this morning with blowing, drifting snow. The wind is howling straight out of the north. Isn't that @Wickedchicken6 's domain?

It sounds like my domain.

It can be anywhere from -35C (-31F) to 10C (50F) at this time of year, and sometimes both extremes within the same day. It's a beautiful, "chicken approved" day here; we're the same temperature as you but it's calm and the sun's peeking out of the clouds...veritable t-shirt weather! The youth are already out in shorts and flip flops. My birds have been out for hours already.
Spring is in the air!
We have two calves on the ground.

No thank you. To me, moose tastes too much like beef. I greatly prefer elk. Of course a corn fattened white tail or an alfalfa fattened mule deer are also very good.

I just had to post this pic of my sleeping dog:

It is a little blurry but not too bad.
If I ever feel down, I just snuggle this little guy.
ETA: I just realized my bed-head hair is in the pic, plus it looks white which it is not!
