Yes, buy Wrigley stock before tomorrow, when I quit.Kiki take it one day at a time, substitute gum, and when you want a cig. stick a piece of gum in your mouth, by the time you go to bed you will have so much gum trying to chew it all will almost hurt, but you will laugh that you were thinking more about all the gum in your mouth that you forgot about the cigs. for a while. Worked for me 40+ years ago, I felt I owned most of the Wrigley company...

I was smoking 2 cigars a day. I smoked maybe 1/3 of one yesterday. Doing good so far today! I just needed to rebel against myself, evidently.Don't be so hard on yourself, Shannon !
