I'm still here. Haven't slipped up again. I am feeling like absolute crap today. Taking one of the kids to doctor right after I take a shower. Puppy thinks since it's cold and wet out, he can pee inside. He was doing so well, too..... arghhhh.

My 71 year old sister lives in Santa Clara. She has reported flu like symptoms to her doctor. She said she has been advised to self quarantine, drink lots of fluids, increase vitamin C and take ibuprofen.
