Some people eat foods like sodium filled and fat filled chips or other things similar. That's why they have such weight gain. Eating veggies cuts your calories significantly and you don't gain.

Yuck, I’m not coming over for Tacos at your house. LolI'm making tacos. I made mine with homemade seasoning, onions, cauliflower, and carrots. I also made homemade refried beans and spicy corn.

I could eat tacos...mahi mahi ones...every day of the week.
Ok set a date 6 months from now and let’s see. LolOh no it doesn't.
I won't let this happen to me.
Well I feed my family a completely different meal. They have their tacos with hamburger and the taco seasoning.
I cook two separate meals for every meal. One for me and one for them... I'm quite dedicated to my healthy lifestyle.
It won't happen to you because you eat healthier than a lot of people in the United StatesOh no it doesn't.
I won't let this happen to me.
Ok sounds good make 3 meals mine with some nice greasy 80/20 hamburger and I’m there
