99% of smoking addiction is not the actual nicotine, it's psychological. That's the toughest part of all. Battling your own brain.
Alan Carr wrote a book that a lot of people have found helpful. I think it's just called "Quitting smoking ". I was in the middle of reading it, when one morning I picked up a cigarette and said yuck. Never craved one and never missed them. Really weird in my opinion. Then, 4 years later, I was at my mother's house and subconsciously picked up a smoke. 5 years later....
