We Quit Cigarettes

Get a tortilla press... or do the rolling out with the dough inside a ziplock bag.
I have a heavy press thing but I could never figure out how to use it properly.

I woke up crying again.
My dreams aren't that bad...just a little weird and I guess sad.

I haven't read much so forgive me if it's already been said...

99% of smoking addiction is not the actual nicotine, it's psychological. That's the toughest part of all. Battling your own brain.

Alan Carr wrote a book that a lot of people have found helpful. I think it's just called "Quitting smoking ". I was in the middle of reading it, when one morning I picked up a cigarette and said yuck. Never craved one and never missed them. Really weird in my opinion. Then, 4 years later, I was at my mother's house and subconsciously picked up a smoke. 5 years later....

Hang in there hon.
Have you reread it? That books pretty amazing. I just reread it this week and feel prepared to cold turkey it tomorrow.

I haven't eaten commercial chicken since the day we saw the chicken truck on the way back home from Minnesota.
I don't buy it because it's expensive and tasteless compared to my birds.

I'm doing good.
I try not to think.
I'm changing my thoughts when the want of a cigarette cones to mind.

I'm pushing through.

I don't smoke anymore...it's kinda hard to believe.
:hugs :highfive:
Hang in there Kiki!!

I haven't eaten commercial chicken since the day we saw the chicken truck on the way back home from Minnesota. No seriously... I literally haven't. It was very upsetting to me. That's one reason I was so eager to get meat birds.
So you have a similar experience as me with the chicken truck. When I saw a chicken truck It really upset me because the chickens looked so disgusting. They barely had feathers on their behind, they all look like they couldn't stand, and other stuff I don't even want to say.
