I haven't had to do that yet. I think you don't after a certain age. My Dr will tell me when it's time. I'd probably get insanely nervous because I hate waiting for results.

I used to smoke before every appointment. My smoking got worse when I was diagnosed with idiopathic pulmonary arterial hypertension... kind of stupid now that I think about it considering it affects your lungs... DUH! I was a stupid kid back then only 22. I still remember the day that they told me I had 6 months to live and the first thing that I did was sit in my car, have a panic attack, and smoke a cigarette how dumb!
