Hi gang!
I just caught this post. March 7th will be my 6 year anniversary of quitting smoking.
Insert more chickens

I traded one addiction for another. But getting more chickens made me work harder and gave me more eggs. It kept my mind off it quite a bit for the 1st 2 weeks. By day 21 I created the new habit.
Now, 6 years later, I can walk by an open air market or restaurant and smell it and almost tell you what brand that person is smoking.
I wouldn’t trade that quit time for anything. I discovered just how strong and stubborn I really was. I’m 58 years old and now my husband and I are building a rather larger two story barn and goose house. I couldn't have done that before.
I wish you all blessings in your quit journeys. You won’t regret it.
