We Quit Cigarettes

Do like me....don't bring the junk food home then you won't have it there to snack on.

Get some sweet humus stuff so it can rot in your fridge.
I don't do gluten so I avoid all those delicious looking sugary baked goods. I don't eat the toddler's Cheetos or cookies. Try not to keep too much candy in the house.... this has been rather unsuccessful because of holidays and all the candy that tends to come with them when you have kids. I avoid Starbucks and the cafeteria at school like the plague. I'm getting fat on mostly healthy food, dammit. My latest fav is standing around in front of my row of peas in the garden snacking away like a bear or something
