Have you ever had Botox? I have. That's what my daughter n law does. She has done me twice. It makes your face numb, it is worse than numb! It's a very uncomfortable feeling! Don't do it!

Kale salad w/poppy seed dressing; fresh eggs seasoned with pepper, and a salmon seasoning blend; and french fries w/black bean salsa and a sprinkling of mozzarella cheese....

And to wash it down....
A mixed drink.... Cranberry, turmeric, lemon, ginger, honey, orange juice & a splash of zevia cream soda.
