Yes but not in the last ten years.
I used to be a fan of girly things.

Botox is not a girly thing. Lots of men have it to. Anyways, Kimberly, my daughter n law, she always does herself and my son. They look good for a few months, then they want it again. That is major chemicals you are putting in you body. You might as well smoke!

A mixed drink.... Cranberry, turmeric, lemon, ginger, honey, orange juice & a splash of zevia cream soda.

Wheat doesn't count as treats (as long as you don't overdo it--it's around 13.5% protein, depending on the batch and variety) It's good for them. This is my birdies' food--I ferment it so it's extra yum!

Sunflower seeds are around 27% protein and mealworms are 53%. You can mix those two together for treats. Super good for them.
