Dad.... uses them as excuse to not be a grumpy old codger

Do they internet?

I was on a quit smoking website but I left it because they were stranger dangers. BYC was better for me and it helped too...so the quitting sites may help them.

Dad was attending smokers group online.... but kept forgetting the appointment. He's been up to his ears in a kitchen remodeling.

Yes this is a definite MUST! It’s all or nothing! If both people don’t quit together, there’s too much risk of relapse for the one that is successful.
